All destructions are collected and shredded in line with EN15713 standards and are certificated as proof of destruction.

All shredded paper is recycled into tissue products in the UK.

At SMB we have a solution to help you with the disposal of your unwanted confidential paperwork or unwanted IT equipment.

 

How we work

Our home shredding service has a choice of packages that you can choose from.  You can purchase the required amount of sacks needed for the disposal of your paperwork. These are posted out to you once your order has been received via our shopping page. You can place your order online through our secure Pay-Pal account, or call and pay by card on collection.Once ordered you can arrange a convenient day and time for the collection.Each sack comes with a cable tie for you to seal the bag.Once the sacks are tied shut by yourself, they will remain closed. Unlike other companies, the entire bag is placed into the shredder so your paperwork remains unseen at all times, ensuring complete data protection. 

IT Equipment

All hard drives can be shredded or wiped cleaned or by Degaussing (magnetically destroyed). Cleaned laptop / PC’s are given to charity to be reused but only on request. IT equipment will be shredded unless otherwise stated. The destruction process that is undertaken is fully compliant to the WEEE Directive

 

Delivery type:

Collections start at just £35 which includes 5 sacks, collection, destruction and certificate if required.  Just select items from the shopping page for the items you wish to have destroyed. Add to the basket and once you are happy with your selection then please go to checkout.

Once your products have been destroyed all parts are recycled within the UK.
